Para poder entender la naturaleza real de la guarimba junto a su propósito, es imprescindible que la enmarquemos dentro de las acciones de terrorismo urbano. La guarimba no tiene nada de pacífico ni es una acción de “resistencia” como repiten incansablemente los nazis caribeños que así lo explican por las redes sociales.
Para poder entender la naturaleza real de la guarimba junto a su propósito, es imprescindible que la enmarquemos dentro de las acciones de terrorismo urbano. La guarimba no tiene nada de pacífico ni es una acción de “resistencia” como repiten incansablemente los nazis caribeños que así lo explican por las redes sociales.
El
terrorismo es la acción de un individuo o grupo determinado que, a
través de la violencia, intenta presionar a otros, bien sea
ciudadanos o autoridades, para que se cumplan sus demandas. El
terrorismo es coacción, por lo tanto, la guarimba es una acción
terrorista.
La
violación de los derechos humanos va implícita en la guarimba.
Impedir el libre tránsito, contaminar el ambiente con gases tóxicos
y perturbar el Estado de Derecho son las tácticas frecuentes a
través de las cuales se busca golpear, física y síquicamente, a
los habitantes afectados.
La
guarimba es un ataque, disimulado de “resistencia”, que se enfoca
directamente en la población. Implica un secuestro paulatino de
quienes se someten a su lógica perversa. El propósito no es que
caiga el gobierno de Nicolás Maduro, sino generar las condiciones
objetivas para que surjan enfrentamientos entre civiles que,
hostigados por una dinámica inhumana que asedia la vida de todos,
reaccionen de forma violenta.
La
guarimba apela al uso de la propaganda para desvirtuar su finalidad.
Se dice que busca colapsar al país, que es para resistir
“cívicamente” y doblegar al “gobierno dictatorial”. Pero la
realidad es que afecta inmediata y directamente a la ciudadanía
circundante colapsando la cotidianidad de cada quien. Los únicos que
resisten, a la final, son los vecinos que no caen en provocaciones y
evitan enfrentamientos con los guarimberos. Se busca doblegar la
sensatez colectiva y convivencia solidaria.
La
guarimba muta progresivamente en crimen organizado. Ya son más que
conocidas las denuncias de guarimberos que cobran “vacunas” para
dejar pasar por las barricadas. Quien esté en contra de estos nuevos
“gobiernos vecinales” que imponen su ley, la ley del más fuerte
y más violento, pone en riesgo su vida. Hemos visto reiteradamente a
opositores que agreden física y verbalmente a sus vecinos,
opositores también, quienes intentan retirar los obstáculos de las
vías.
El
presidente Maduro dijo que se intenta provocar una “guerra de
perros” en el país. La guarimba es la evidencia más clara de
ello.

Psychology of the guarimba (English)
To understand the real nature of the guarimba,
attached to its purpose , it is essential that we frame it within the
actions of urban terrorism. The guarimba has nothing pacific to it, nor

residents.
The guarimba is an attack , disguised as
"resistance" , which focuses directly on the population. It involves a
gradual abduction of those who submit to its perverse logic . The
purpose is not to make the regime of Nicolas Maduro fall , but to create
the objective conditions so that a clash between civilians occur,
overwhelmed by the inhuman dynamic that plagues the lives of all , and
react violently.
The guarimba appeals to the use of propaganda to
undermine its purpose. It is said that it seeks to make the country
collapse , which is to "civically" resist and
break the "dictatorial government". But the reality is that it affects
immediately and directly the surrounding citizenship collapsing the
everyday life of everyone. The only ones who resist, at the end, are the
neighbors who do not fall into provocations and avoid clashes with
guarimberos . It seeks to break the collective sanity and solidary coexistence .
The guarimba gradually mutates into organized crime.
Denunciations are known of guarimberos that charge "vaccines" to let
civilians pass through the barricades. Whoever is against these new
"neighborhood governments " that impose their law, the law of the
strongest and most violent, puts their life in risk. It has been seen
repeatedly, opposition followers physically and verbally assault their
neighbors , who are also opposition followers that have tried to remove
the obstacles from the pathways.
President Maduro said that a "dog war " its being provoked in the country . The guarimba is the most clear evidence of this .
